Warehouse and fulfillment model
NOCT is an online retailer and does not operate a single customer-facing warehouse that applies to every order. We work with multiple third-party suppliers, fulfillment facilities, logistics providers, and carriers. Depending on the product, available inventory, and delivery destination, a package may be prepared or dispatched from a facility inside or outside the United States.
Because the fulfilling facility can vary by order, NOCT does not publish one street address as the warehouse address for every shipment. The shipment origin shown in carrier records or on a parcel can differ from the company address above, and items in the same order may be dispatched separately.
Returns and return address
The company address is not a return warehouse. Do not send products to the company address or to an address found on a parcel without first receiving return authorization.
To request a return, email contact@nocteyewear.com within 30 calendar days after delivery. If approved, we will provide the correct return destination and instructions in writing. The return destination may vary according to the item and fulfillment partner. Approved returns qualify for the free return method described in our Refund and Return Policy.
Shipping transparency
