Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return window. You have 30 days after your order is delivered to request a return.

Return eligibility

To be eligible, an item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition in which it was received, with its original packaging and any included accessories. You must also provide your order number or other proof of purchase.

Start a return by emailing contact@nocteyewear.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions and the return destination. Items sent without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Inspect your order after delivery and contact us promptly if an item is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered. Include your order number and clear photos so we can review the issue and make it right. When the return is due to our error or a verified defect, we will provide an appropriate solution at no additional return-shipping cost to you.

Items that cannot be returned

Gift cards, items marked final sale, and items that show wear, damage, alteration, or missing original packaging are not eligible for return. If you are unsure whether your item is eligible, contact us before sending it.

Exchanges

The fastest way to obtain a different item is to return the original eligible item and place a new order after the return is accepted.

Return shipping

Free Standard shipping applies to the original eligible United States order only. Unless an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return-shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service because we cannot issue a refund for a return that is not received.

Refunds

We will inspect your return and notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days after approval for your bank or card issuer to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at contact@nocteyewear.com.
