Shipping policy

Where we ship

NOCT Eyewear currently ships only to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping or delivery to countries outside the United States.

Shipping option and price

One shipping option is available at checkout: Standard — Free. Free Standard shipping applies to eligible addresses within the United States. We do not charge a delivery fee for this option. Any optional service offered separately by a carrier is not included.

Processing and delivery

Orders are prepared on business days. Processing and carrier transit times can vary by order, destination, weather, peak periods, and other circumstances outside our control. Any delivery estimate shown at checkout, in an order confirmation, or by the carrier is an estimate and is not guaranteed.

When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address provided with the order. Tracking can take time to update after the carrier receives the package.

Addresses

You are responsible for entering a complete and accurate United States delivery address. Contact contact@nocteyewear.com promptly if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after processing begins.

Delays, lost packages, and delivery issues

If tracking shows an unusual delay or your package has not arrived, first check the delivery location, household members, building staff, and carrier updates. Then contact us with your order number so we can review the shipment. Carrier investigations and replacements are handled according to the facts of each case and applicable law.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Do not discard the packaging until we finish reviewing the issue.

Return shipping and eligibility are governed by our Refund Policy.
